Due to the nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

Your order arrives damaged

Your order is incorrect

Your order is lost in transit

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number and photo proof (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not require customers to return coffee products.
